Marketing Opportunity
Corporate sponsorship through unrestricted educational grants allows the chapter to continue to attract nationally recognized faculty and at the same time keep registration fees reasonable. Use this enhanced visibility to position your company as an industry leader and partner. All Sponsors will be recognized through signage at the Assembly and in the course syllabus. Acknowledgment of sponsorship will also be included in the chapter’s quarterly newsletter, the Empire State EPIC.

Gold Level Sponsor
Includes one exhibit, registration for up to five company representatives, first choice of exhibit space, special recognition in the Chapter newsletter, one-half page newsletter ad in the issue of your choice and acknowledgment on the Chapter website.

Silver Level Sponsor
Includes one exhibit, registration for up to four company representatives, second choice of exhibit space, special recognition in the Chapter newsletter, quarter page newsletter ad in the issue of your choice and acknowledgment on the Chapter website at www.nyacep.org.

Bronze Level Sponsor
Includes one exhibit, registration for up to three company representatives, third choice of exhibit space, special recognition in the Chapter newsletter and acknowledgment on the Chapter website.

Acceptance of Application
Applications for exhibit space are subject to review by New York ACEP to determine suitability for the conference and to ensure conformity with conference standards.

Exhibit Selection & Set-Up
Exhibits can be set-up from Noon - 2:15 pm in the Conference Center Monday, July 6.

Exhibit Specifications
Exhibit space consists of a 6 foot draped table. Exhibits will be located in close proximity to educational sessions. Electrical service can provided through a contract with The Sagamore.

 

Assignment of Space
New York ACEP will assign exhibit space based upon the order in which the applications are received. Sponsors will receive priority in the assignment of prime exhibit space. Every effort will be made to make assignments as specified on the application. However, space will not be assigned without a signed application and receipt of the required fee. New York ACEP reserves the right to restructure exhibit space should the need arise.

Dismantling
New York ACEP requests that all exhibitors refrain from dismantling until 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 7. The exhibit area must be clear of all materials by 1:00 pm, Tuesday, July 7.

Application Process
Full payment must accompany the exhibit application in order to confirm space assignment. No application will be processed without the exhibit fee. The exhibit fee is $750 per booth if postmarked prior to June 1, 2009 and $850 thereafter. No refund will be made on space that is not utilized during the exhibit hours.  Cancellations must be requested in writing by June 1, 2009.  All cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. Refunds will not be made after June 1, 2009.
